  Spirit of the Northwest

TRI-STATE PARTNERSHIP PROCESS AND STRUCTURE

The community projects were at the center of the Spirit of the Northwest. Regionally, the project organizing structure, the project timeline and a number of significant (and at times unexpected) events impacted the community projects. Additionally, the regional project was designed to provide learning about how such a multi-state, regional project works.

This section helps the reader observe the regional project as a pilot and understand the impact of regional coordination on the local projects.
